GIMENEZ MENDEZ produces fine wines of the varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Torrontés, TANNAT, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shyraz, Marcelán, Arinarnoa and Petit Verdot.
Our wines are produced on our own grapes form our four vineyards, harvested by hand. We obtain from each of the vineyards the best grapes to reach the high quality.
This strategy enables us to count with a large quantity of grapes with different characteristics, which makes possible both to extend our wine range and to lunch innovative blends.
